"Serbian Night" is a weekly Serbian restaurant. The menu is a reservation-only course that changes weekly.

October Serbian Night started from the 15th of the 3rd week, because in the 1st and 2nd weeks I participated in the festivals of Fujinomiya City and Minato Ward. This time, all the guests for brunch and lunch, were both their first coming. I felt nervous a little at the morning. However, before the opening, while spreading the red and white gingham check cloth on the table as usual, and as soon as I started stewing, I felt calm. The Serbian flag is raised at the entrance and everything is ready. It's time to open at 11:00. The customers of the reservation group appeared one after another with a smile. Everyone in the eating tour circle cheered and enjoyed their first Serbian cuisine.
In the afternoon was a family charter and it was a gentle time.

Thank you to everyone who came and cared about. Thanks to you, the 100th will be held in November. And it's been 1 year since the reopening and 7 years since the first Serbian night on November 19, 2015. On this occasion, dinner time will also reopen. Wine by the glass is also available at dinner time on Wednesdays. Please look forward to it.

　セルビアンナイトは週に一度のセルビア料理店です。メニューは週替わりのご予約制コースです。

　第1週、第2週と、富士宮市と港区での物販催事が続き、10月のセルビアンナイトは第3週の15日㈯からはじまりました。午前、午後とも貸し切りで、はじめてのお客様ばかり。朝にはすこし緊張していましたが、いつものようにテーブルに赤と白のギンガムチェックのクロスを敷いて、コトコトと煮込みをはじめれば、いつしか心は落ち着きます。オープン前に入り口にセルビア国旗を掲げて準備万端。そろそろ開店の11時。貸し切りのグループのお客様が、次々と笑顔で現れました。午前のブランチ回では、各国料理食べ歩きサークルの皆さんが、はじめてのセルビア料理に歓声をあげながら楽しんでくれました。午後のランチ回は、ご家族の貸切り。やさしい時間が流れていました。

　ご来店のみなさま、いつも気にかけてくださるみなさま、ありがとうございます。おかげさまで、セルビアンナイトは11月に第100回を迎えます。再開から1年、2015年11月19日の初回から7周年ということもあり、これを機にディナーを再開します。水曜日にオープンするディナーでは、ワインもグラス１杯からお召し上がりいただけます。楽しみにしていてくださいね。

2022（第41回）みなと区民まつり「国際友好広場」に出展しました

Last weekend, I participated in the "2020 (41st) Minato Kumin Matsuri" held on October 8th and 9th. At the "International Friendship Square" in the Tokyo Prince Hotel area, 12 embassy booths were set up to introduce the culture of each country and sell special products.

The weather forecast warned of rain, but luckily it stopped just on Saturday morning before opening and started again on Sunday evening after closing. It's a festival that has been popular with the locals for many years, so there was always a crowd. Many people also visited the booth of the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia. Thank you to all the Embassy staff, Monde Delicious, Toyo Eiwa Jogakuin University, Minato ward stuff and everyone who came to see us for two days.

　10月8日㈯9日㈰の週末は、『2022（第41回）みなと区民まつり』でセルビア雑貨の販売を行いました。東京プリンスホテルエリア内の『国際友好広場』では、各国大使館ブースが設けられ、各国の文化の紹介や特産品の販売が行われました。

　心配だった雨は、幸運なことに、ちょうど土曜日の朝に止み、日曜日の夕方、閉場後にふたたび降り始めました。長年にわたり地域で親しまれているお祭らしく、絶えることのない人の波でセルビア共和国大使館ブースにも、たくさんのお客様がいらっしゃいました。二日間ご一緒させていただいた大使館スタッフの方々、そして㈱誠インベストメンツMonde Delicious様、東洋英和女学院大学のみなさま、港区のみなさま、そして、ご来場のお客様、ありがとうございました。

　2週間お休みしたセルビアンナイトは、15日㈯よりオープンします。お腹をすかせて、時にはおひとりで、時にはご友人やご家族、大切な方と。がっつりメニューで寛ぎにおいでください。

富士見市国際交流フォーラム2022「世界へのとびら」セルビアフェスタに出展しました

On October 1st, I participated in the Serbia Festa in the International Exchange Forum 2022 "Door to the World" held at Kirari☆Fujimi in Fujimi City, Saitama Prefecture.

Fujimi City has a sister city relationship with Šabac City in the Republic of Serbia, and will celebrate the 40th anniversary of the sister city relationship in October this year. For the Tokyo 2020 Games in 2021, the men's wrestling team's pre-camp was held in Fujimi City as a host town for the Republic of Serbia.

At the Serbia Festa, a photo exhibition commemorating the 40th anniversary of the sister city relationship between Fujimi City and Šabac City, and Serbian sweets provided by Kagawa Nutrition University were introduced. Since it is a sister city, there were many people who had been to Serbia other than Milica, a university student from Serbia. We had a great time in a homey atmosphere.At my booth, I sold Serbian miscellaneous goods from the online shop "Select Shop DOMACA". Thank you to everyone who came to visit us and everyone involved.
On the weekend of October 8th and 9th, Serbian miscellaneous goods will be sold at the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia booth in the "2022 (41st) Minato Kumin Matsuri" Tokyo Prince Hotel area. If you are in the area, please stop by.

　10月1日に、埼玉県富士見市のキラリ☆ふじみで開催された、国際交流フォーラム2022「世界へのとびら」内、セルビアフェスタに出展しました。
　富士見市は、セルビア共和国シャバツ市と姉妹都市を結んでおり、今年の10月に姉妹都市締結40周年を迎えます。2021年の東京2020大会では、セルビア共和国のホストタウンとなり、男子レスリング選手団の事前キャンプが行われました。

　セルビアフェスタでは、富士見市＆セルビア共和国シャバツ市姉妹都市提携40周年の写真展や、女子栄養大学提供による、セルビアのお菓子プレゼントも実施されました。姉妹都市ということもあり、留学生ミリツァさんのほかにも現地への渡航経験のある方も多く、アットホームな雰囲気で楽しい時間を過させていただきました。弊社のブースでは、オンラインショップのセルビア雑貨を販売しました。ご来場のみなさま、関係者のみなさま、ありがとうございました。
