Serbian Night Vol.103《Burek（ブレク）/ ネギと挽肉の渦巻きパイで、がっつりブランチ＆ランチ》
Before opening this week, while cooking green spinach potage and red tomato sauce for meatballs, I felt the end of the year is aproaching by the combination of colors and remembered why I chose this week's menu. I meant Christmas by the colors of food. I make announce more than a month in advance, so I sometimes forget my intentions.
The last day of the year is December 21st, dinner. Let's have a year-end party of Serbian cuisine with wine and rakija.
Thank you to everyone who came and always cared about. The new year starts with Serbian Orthodox Christmas menu on 7th January. Weekday dinner will be changed from Wednesday to Friday. I'm about to start pickling cabbage, so I think I'll be able to make sarma (cabbage rolls) and Svadbarski kups (wedding cabbage) . Please make a note of it in your schedule for next year.
日増しに夜が長くなり、肌寒くなってきましたね。今回の開店前の調理中、ほうれん草のポタージュの緑と、ミートボールのトマトソースの赤のコントラストに、迫りくる年の瀬を感じました。そういえば、色でクリスマスを色で表現しようと、組んだのでした（告知が一か月以上前のため、ときどきメニューの意図を忘れてしまいます）。
年末の最終日は、12月21日㈬のディナーです。ワインとラキヤで、セルビア料理の忘年会をしましょう。
ご来店の皆さま、いつも気に掛けてくださる皆さま、ありがとうございます。年初は1月7日㈯のセルビア正教会メニューからスタートです。平日ディナーは水曜日から金曜日に変更の予定です。そろそろキャベツを漬けはじめるので、サルマ（ロールキャベツ）やスバドバルスキ・クプス（結婚式のキャベツ）も間に合いそうです。来年のスケジュールに帳にメモしておいてくださいね。

FIFA World Cup has started. I was deeply impressed by the Japanese national team, who blew away the recent tense atmosphere with their victory in their first match. Since there is a six-hour time difference with Qatar, the host country, many of you may be adjusting your work, watching, and sleeping schedules. I also follow the news as a bandwagon fan. In the middle of this circumstances, I was interviewed by an FM radio program as a restaurant of a participating country. Special thanks to the Serbian national team!
This time Vol.102 all the guests were the first coming of the Serbian Night. Some of them are groups eating foreign local cuisine, Japanese who lived in Serbia for work, and Serbs who are staying in Japan for months for work. After lunchtime, the J-WAVE "JAM THE PLANET" staff also had Serbian cuisine for the first time, and was surprised to find that it matched her taste.
Thank you to everyone who came and always cared about. The last opening at the end of the year will be dinner on December 21st. The first day of new year will be the Serbian Orthodox Chrismas menu on January 7th. Please make a note of it in your schedule for next year. いよいよサッカーワールドカップが始まりましたね。初戦の勝利で昨今の重苦しい雰囲気を吹き飛ばしてくれた日本代表、さすがだ。開催国カタールとの6時間の時差で、お仕事と観戦、睡眠時間のスケジュール調整をしている方も多いことでしょう。わたしも、にわかファンとして情報を追いかけています。そんななか、参加国の料理店として、FMラジオの番組から取材をいただきました。セルビア代表に感謝！
セルビアンナイトVol.102の今回は、みなさま初来店で、各国料理食べ歩きグループのお客様や、かつてお仕事の関係でセルビアに住まれていた方、出張で長期滞在中のセルビア人などのお客様も来店されました。閉店後はJ-WAVE「JAM THE PLANET」の取材の方も、はじめてのセルビア料理を体験し、日本人の味覚との親和性に驚かれていました。
